Robert “Bob” Shaw Scarborough, 76, of Taylor, Texas, passed away on November 11, 2025 after a courageous 15-year battle with cancer. He was born on October 21, 1949, in Austin, Texas, to Lee and Marguerite Scarborough.

Bob enjoyed life to the fullest — he loved deer hunting, fishing, ham radio, bicycling, and attending garage sales. He also found great joy in Scouting activities with his sons.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mary, and their sons, David and his partner Travis, and Mark and his wife Shalene. Bob was a devoted grandfather to Casen, Cora, Cohan, Fallon, and Kingston. He is also survived by his brother, Steve and Carolyn Scarborough.
A special thanks is extended to Compassus Hospice and especially to Helen, Jeno, and Cindy for their comfort and care during these past months.
