Pedro Lopez

Pedro Lopez, 89, of Granger, Texas, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

Pedro Lopez was born on June 13, 1934, in Thorndale, Texas, to Jose and Juana (Perez) Lopez.  He was married to Ofelia Lopez (Flores) for 65 years.

Pete is preceded in death by his parents, his half-brothers,  Domingo Ramirez (Magdalena), Porfirio Ramirez (Maria) and Luz Ramirez (Natividad), half-sister, Lorenza Olivares; brothers,  Margarito “Mike”  (Rita), Meliton “Tony” (Valentina), and Juan (Juana) Lopez; and sisters,  Luisa (Martin) Salazar, Silvina (Juan) Mojica, Silveria (Rafael) Hernandez.

Pete is survived by his wife, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-6:50. Rosary to begin at 7:00, on April 23, 2024, at Providence Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 10:00 am at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, Granger.  A burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Granger.
