Matiana Perez De Galvez, 86, of Coupland, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019.

Matiana was born in Zacatecas, Mexico on September 21, 1933. On her time off, she enjoyed sewing. Matiana loved living on the ranch. She was a person with God in her heart. She was a hardworking and loving wife and caring mother with a lot of love in her heart. We will remember you, Madresita.

Matiana left behind her husband, Saturnino Galvez; son, Nicolas Galvez; daughter, Maria Galvez; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 6:00pm on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Providence Funeral Home, with a rosary to follow at 7:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Friday, October 11, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery.
