Marcelino was born on April 26, 1961, in Taylor, Texas, to Tony and Balentina Lopez. He was raised in the close-knit community of Thorndale, where he developed the strong work ethic and deep family values that would define his life.
On July 7, 2002, he married the love of his life, Irma Bason. They shared 13 beautiful years of marriage until her passing.
Marcelino had five children, who remained the pride and joy of his life. He was a dedicated and hardworking man who spent over 40 years in construction as a truck driver. For the last 10 years, he faithfully served with Lone Star Paving. He took great pride in providing for his family and was known for his reliability, strength, and commitment to his work.
He was loving, kind, and gentle-hearted. Devoted to his family, Marcelino always made sure his loved ones were cared for and supported.
