Linda Stanford, quietly entered into her eternal home, on the morning of August 23rd, 2025, with family by her side.
Linda, was born on December 18, 1952 in Taylor Tx to Clifton R Naivar and Violet Falk. She loved to read, bake, volunteer in the community, and her grandchildren, they were her world. After graduating at Taylor High School she worked for the State Board of Insurance for many years.
On August 28, 1982 she married Haywood Stanford, her soulmate for over 38 years, and was later blessed with her daughter, Kylie. She served on the Taylor International Barbecue Cook-off Committee, loved helping organize the Taylor Fire Department Red Santa Program, served on the Board of Taylor Little League, and was an active Girl Scout Troop leader, Troop 429. She was also an active member of St.Mary’s Catholic Church, she especially enjoyed being a youth leader, Bingo, Fall Fest, and Bookfairs.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Violet Naivar, her sister, Theresa Logan and her husband Ray.
Linda is survived by her daughter Kylie Oglesby and son in law Kevin of Taylor, and was the proudest Mimi ever to Kambri, Katelyn, Kinzleigh, and Kolton Oglesby. She was their biggest cheerleader and they were her world. She is also survived by sister Rachael Dimitt (Danny), her brothers Clifton Naivar (Janie), and Cren Naivar (Dori), her brother-in-law Paul Stanford (Deneen), and sister-in-law Tammie Gonzales. Her best friend, Brenda Gola, who never left her side, and special cousin, Iris Hoff, along with many nieces and nephews, and fur babies Diego and Cowboy.
