In loving memory of our mother, Janette Polach, who passed away peacefully on April 23, 2025. She was the devoted wife of Adolph and loving mother of Heidi and Shane.
Janette was a kind, caring and giving person. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in life with courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us all. She touched many lives in her long life and will be deeply missed.
A long-time member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Board of Realtors, she was honored with many accolades throughout the years including the Emeritus Award for Lifetime Achievement. She was a Broker who was dedicated to helping her clients and building relationships along the way. Countless children, other family members and friends of her clients worked with her after learning of her professionalism and caring nature. She truly took a hands-on approach in her business. She was well known for her sign in front of her business that displayed scriptures, jokes, birthdays and many other greetings.
Janette was a woman of strong faith and many passions. In her youth she was a member of First Baptist Church and later, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, both of Taylor. At St. Mary’s she was very active in fundraising and many other activities to support the school. She was a proud Taylorite and Taylor Duck.
Janette had many interests including a true love for animals, especially dogs. She was a proud supporter of the Taylor Animal Shelter and held many pet adoption events at Terra Properties. She enjoyed traveling, whether a cruise, weekend getaway to Galveston, New Orleans, Fredericksburg or a quick casino trip with her friends. She enjoyed her purple Jeep, Star Trek, fishing, camping, kite flying, sunrises, the moon, Mickey Mouse, music, hummingbirds, butterflies and bluebonnets (and an occasional Gentleman Jack or Captain Morgan and Coke).
Mother, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest in Peace.
