It is with great sorrow that the family of Geniveve Gonzales announce her passing on September 14, 2021, Geniveve at the age of 19 years old and she will be lovingly remembered by her parents John Gonzales and Amanda Alvarado.
Geniveve had a total of five siblings, her older brother(s): Julian Gonzales, Nikolas Mendez, Nathan Mc Daniel (Krystn); older sister(s), Corey Melendez (Zachary), Paige Melendez (Manual); many nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles.
Geniveve loved her job as a shopper for the curbside department at HEB. She also was attending TSTC to obtain her Associates in Applied Science, along with her welding certificates. She loved fishing, traveling, photography, welding, drawing, puppies, and Krab Kings any given day.
In high school GG’s contributions were displayed as she was an athletic trainer for Taylor’s Athletic Department team for four years. She was a remarkable artist whose murals are displayed in the library and automotive department at THS.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to her friends Jaylin and Raquel, Melinda Lopez, and her H-E-B family for all the love and support. Geniveve will be deeply missed, she was one of a kind, and had a smile that radiated the room.
