Emmett James Berry III

Emmett James Berry III was born on September 18, 1974, in San Antonio, Texas, at Santa Rosa Medical Center to Emmett James Berry Sr. and Joyce Marie Mayberry. At the age of three, he moved to Taylor, TX, where he grew up and later attended Taylor High School. Emmett loved fishing, music, and being around people. He was known for his kindness, generosity, and giving spirit—always willing to offer the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He touched many lives and will be deeply missed. 

Emmett is preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Marie Mayberry. 

He is survived by his father, Emmett James Berry Sr.; his sister, Kimberly Rochelle Evans; his daughter, Nadia Rochelle Berry; his son, Trevione Edward Berry and wife Eleanor; his grandchildren, Luna Cruz, Jiraiya, Kaizen Sanchez, and Harlow Rae Berry; his nephew, Devin Evans; and two great-nephews. 

Emmett’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
