Betty Heinzke

Betty Ann Heinzke, age 76, passed away early Saturday morning, September 6, 2025, at Park Place Care Center in Georgetown, Texas.

Betty was born March 2, 1949, in Coupland, Texas, to her mother, Laura Johnson and father, Mancel Heinzke, both of Coupland. She grew up and attended school in the Coupland community. Betty enjoyed a loving childhood surrounded by three brothers and two sisters. Though she faced many challenges throughout her life, she brought joy and love to those around her in her own special way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Joe Schroeder of South Carolina, Carl Larson of Taylor, Texas, and Otto Johnson of Coupland, Texas.

She is survived by two sisters, Esther Smith of Coupland, Texas, and Irene Heinzke (Charles) Harper of Georgetown, Texas, and eight nieces and nephews.

A Graveside memorial service and burial at St. Peters Cemetery in Coupland, Texas is planned for September 12, 2025 at 1PM. Family and friends are invited to attend and join in a celebration of Betty’s life.
