Visitation will be Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Providence Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 10:00am at Providence Funeral Home.
Burial to follow at Taylor City Cemetery.
