Celebration of Life Service will be 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Providence Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery, Houston, TX.
