Thekla Hamann

Thekla Viola Kasiske Hamann, 96, passed away on Tuesday, June 30th.

She is survived by her sons Terrell and his wife Kara, James and his wife Linda; sister Edelweiss Hempel, and brother Helmut Kasiske and his wife Teresa; grandchildren Mark, Chris, Matt, John, and Andrew Hamann, and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Harry Lee Hamann. Among her brothers and sisters, she was preceded in death by sisters Gretchen, Selma and Norma, and brothers Emmanuel, Eibert, and Leonard.

Funeral services will be held at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church – Richland (17701 Cameron Road, Pflugerville) on Friday, July 3rd at 11:00 am. There will be a visitation at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor, Texas on Thursday evening from 5:30 to 8 pm.
