Sylvia Perez, 30, of Rockdale passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014.
Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, July15, 2014 at Providence Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life Mass will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
