Henry Martinez, 60 of Taylor passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014.
Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Providence Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life Services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday May 14, 2014 at the Jerusalem Pentecostal Church. Burial will follow at the Taylor City Cemetery.
