Ernestine S Rangel, 76 of Taylor passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Friday, February 15, 2013 at Providence Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life Mass will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery.

Ernestine was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Ramona (Zertuche) Soto.

She is survived by her husband, Antonio Rangel, Sr. ; her children, Antonio Rangel, Sr. and wife Rosie of Austin, Roseann Salazar and husband Fidensio, Sr. of Thrall, Gloria Moreno and husband Mateo, Jr. of Round Rock, and Donna Gamez and husband Patrick, Sr. of Taylor; brother Jesse Soto and wife Frances; sister, Alice Villalobos; grandchildren, Fidensio Salazar, Jr. and wife Rosemary, Kathy Renee Salazar-Machuca and husband Leonel, Kimberly Salazar and husband Nathan, Ramiro Moreno, Joey Rangel, Alyssa Dakota Rangel, Patrick Gamez, Jr., and Cortney Gamez; great grandchildren, Abigail Renee Salazar-Machuca, Fidensio Salazar, III, and Jaiden Gareth Orozco.
